The clear height between beam levels, or the “elevation”, can be easily adjusted to accommodate different pallet heights. Wire Mesh Decking is typically laid over the front and back beam to provide a safe surface for the pallet to sit on. Pallet Support bars can also be used to add another level of support for pallets.

Selective Pallet Rack Racking can also be used for standard box storage or an order picking operation. Multiple levels can be added with shorter clear height elevations in order to utilize vertical space for box storage. Many customers will incorporate either a rolling safety ladder, order picker, or stock picker in order to access the upper levels of Selective Pallet Rack racking.
